Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to quotations, orders and supply of packaging.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change where raw material costs move significantly, in which case we will notify you before proceeding.
Orders and Deposits
Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed purchase order and the agreed deposit. New clients pay 50% deposit with the balance due before dispatch. Tooling is paid in full before mould manufacture begins.
Tolerances
Moulded components are subject to standard industry tolerances on dimension, weight and colour. Production quantities may vary by up to 10% above or below the ordered amount; you are invoiced for the quantity delivered.
Artwork Approval
We produce a physical or digital proof for decoration. Production proceeds only after your written approval. We are not liable for errors present in approved artwork.
Lead Times
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and run from the date of deposit and approved artwork. We notify you promptly of any delay, but we are not liable for consequential loss arising from late delivery.
Inspection and Claims
Inspect goods on arrival. Claims for shortage, damage or defect must be made in writing within seven days of delivery, with photographs. We replace or credit confirmed defects.
Tooling Ownership
Where you pay the full tooling cost, the mould is yours and we will not produce that shape for any other client. Moulds are stored at our facility and maintained at our cost while you remain an active client.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
